What is the biggest difference between the Z6 at $3,700 vs the WE8 at $2,500? This would be for a small office of about 25 people.

I have an opportunity to purchase either a refurbished A9 for $699 or a new C65 for $ 899. . WOuld love to hear your comments specially about the touch screen robustness on the A9. Concerned that it could break easily.
